Erykah Badu’s Truncated Coachella Performance

Her performances are always top-notch, and on Saturday (April 16) Erykah Badu once again delivered the goods at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival.

The Grammy-winning songstress took the stage at the Empire Polo Club dressed in a funky hippie-flavored getup and sang through her hit-filled set.

Unfortunately, Erykah was cut off before she was through- event organizers pulled the plug early in order to keep the schedule running smoothly.

Apparently Ms. Badu and her band showed up late for their time slot, hence their performance was truncated accordingly.

She's always been one to live on the wild side, and Evan Rachel Wood recently revealed some juicy details about her personal life.

The "Mildred Pierce" actress, who dated Marilyn Manson, told Esquire that she "was always into very androgynous things. Guys, girls ... I'm into androgyny in general."

"Yeah, I'm more kind of like the guy when it comes to girls. I'm the dominant one ... I'm opening the doors, I'm buying dinner. Yeah, I'm romantic," she added.

Of being in the spotlight of Hollywood, Wood said, "I'm constantly changing, I'm constantly growing. I think I'm a little controversial? ... I just try and keep some mystery, so hopefully people can't really put their finger on it."

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" stud and his Victoria's Secret hottie wife made their way through security, taking turns holding little Flynn as the paparazzi looked on.

Over the weekend, Kerr showed off her slammin' post-baby bikini bod during a VS photo shoot in Malibu.

He shot to super-stardom as a boy wizard and now - just as he faces the end of the "Harry Potter" franchise - Daniel Radcliffe is hard at work, trying to transform and expand his acting image.

The 21-year-old recently revealed to MTV that he was anxious about the upcoming year, noting that "the next 12 months are going to be quite telling" for him professionally.

Daniel has just kicked off his Broadway musical debut with the lead in "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," a show that will keep him in the U.S. into next year and will go on to promote his star role in the supernatural flick "The Woman in Black," which is scheduled for an early 2012 release.

With all that lies ahead of him, Radcliffe hopes to move past the "Potter" mold he's been cast in, telling, "If I had been taking some time off and not doing stuff, I think the temptation in terms of the media and the public, to a certain extent, is [that] if you don't hear from a child star for a while, you can kind of condemn them to the been-and-gone pile," adding, "I wanted to make sure that didn't happen."

Taking an unexpected spill into the river below, Ali Fedotowsky was taken to the hospital after a weekend (April 17) kayaking accident with fiance Roberto Martinez in La Jolla, CA.

The former "Bachelorette" star's rep told press, "Ali and Roberto had a little mishap when their kayak capsized this weekend. Ali was taken to the hospital and had 5 staples put in her head," adding that, "Roberto was fantastic-- he kept her calm and took great care of her. She is doing fine, and actually off to work this morning."

Ali took to her Twitter page earlier today (April 18) to personally say thanks to her followers for all the support, writing, "Thanks so much everyone for your concern. Big headache, but managed to hide staples w/hair part and I am back at work this morning."

Miss Fedotowsky also admitted that the fear of losing her locks was more daunting than anything else in the ordeal, jokingly saying, "I think I freaked out more when when the doctor cut my hair rather than when he put staples into my head. Lol. Very thankful to be ok :)"

She's expecting twins later this year, but that isn't stopping Mariah Carey from accepting new career challenges.

According to Gossip Cop, the "Always Be My Baby" songstress has signed on as one of the judges on Simon Cowell's American version of "The X Factor."

And it sounds like Ms. Carey added her own little twist to the gig, according to Mr. Cowell himself.

He explained, "Her idea was to be the judge of the judges, which only Mariah could come up with. She'll be involved in some form. I literally adore her. I love her to bits."

Julia Louis-Dreyfus Comedy Picked Up

According to a press release, Julia will be starring in a new comedy created by Armando Iannucci called "VEEP" just picked up by HBO.

Along with Ms. Louis-Dreyfus, stars like Tony Hale, Matt Walsh, Tim Simons, and Anna Chlumsky round out the fabulous cast.

Julia told press, "It is a true delight to work with HBO and Armando Iannucci. I take the role of vice president very seriously, and although everyone says this is a comedy, I don't think there is anything funny at all about me being a heartbeat away from the presidency."

The "Jackass" funnyman announced via his Facebook page that he and his wife will be expanding their family later this year.

Johnny proclaimed, "My wife Naomi and I are super happy to announce that we are having another little bambino in the fall."

Defending his crude brand of humor, Knoxville recently told press, "People want to turn their brain off and go to the movies and laugh. There isn't any deeper meaning there. If you wanted to laugh and you did at our movie, then good."
