Osbournes Pay Off $1.7 Million Tax Debt

Just days after their tax woes went public, Ozzy Osbourne and wife Sharon have paid off their $1.7 million debt to the IRS.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, a lien was filed on one of the couple's Los Angeles homes last week (April 4).

Speaking out about the matter, Sharon announced earlier today (April 14) that a payment has been made - although she's still quite confused over the whole ordeal, telling press, "At 4:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon I received a phone call from my publicist who had a reporter on the other line informing her that the IRS had just put a lien on one of our properties."

The "America's Got Talent" star continued, "I then contacted my accountant who said they knew nothing about any lien. The lien has been paid. I do intend to find out how this lien happened without the knowledge of myself or my accountants. I hope none of this reflects negatively on mine and Ozzy's moral character."

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Cookbook Signing Session

Stepping out for an exciting event, Gwyneth Paltrow was spotted at her very own book signing at Barnes & Noble in New York City on Thursday (April 14).

The "Shallow Hal" babe looked cute in leather pants, flats, a multi-colored top and cardigan sweater as she sat down to sign copies of her cookbook, "My Father's Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness."

To launch her book, Gwyn recently threw a soiree in a West Village apartment in the Big Apple - during which she catered and cooked for over 60 people.

One of the party-goers included model Christy Turlington, who gushed about Paltrow by telling press, "Everybody who's in her life knows that she's an amazing cook. There's not a lot that she can't do, which I think is pretty clear from all of her work."

Taylor Lautner Talks Lily Collins Liplock

They're rumored to be dating in real life, so it's no wonder it was easy for Taylor Lautner and Lily Collins to get romantic for their upcoming movie "Abduction."

Of cozying up to Ms Lily, the Jacob Black hunk told MTV News, "I mean, I think it depends. It depends on the person and your vibe together, 'cause sometimes it can totally be awkward. But if you're in the moment and you are literally living these characters, you forget about everything else, then it's fine. It was totally fine."

Continuing to gush about his gorgeous co-star, Lautner added, "I didn't know her very well. I had met her a couples times, but she blew me away. She was awesome," he explained. "She's extremely talented. Whenever [my character] Nathan crumbles, she has to always be there to support him. And she was."

Fans can catch the pair getting steamy when "Abduction" hit theaters on September 23.

Frederic Prinz von Anhalt: Zsa Zsa Wants a Baby

She's 94, he's 67- and Zsa Zsa Gabor and her husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt will welcome a child in the not-too-distant future.

And while it doesn't sound likely (or possible) for Gabor to carry the child to term, they're not too worried- they'll use Frederic's sperm and a surrogate's egg and then the surrogate will actually give birth.

Von Anhalt told press, "I'm so excited. Zsa Zsa will be a mother again at 95! It was always my wife's dream for us to have a child."

He continued, "And even though we won't be using any of her eggs, she would be thrilled to know that I'm going through with this. I hope Zsa Zsa is going to hang around for awhile. I want her to see and hold the baby's hand."

Prince William Invites Search & Rescue Unit to Wedding

With all of the pomp and circumstance surrounding Prince William's wedding to Kate Middleton, there are millions of people who would kill for an invitation.

And it turns out that the 27 members of Will's search & rescue unit will get the royal treatment as they will all attend.

Of the invitation to the Westminster Abbey affair, Flight Commander Iain Wright said, "[It is] a great honor... [It will be] quite good fun."

And Flight Lt. Thomas Bunn added that the Buckingham Palace-stamped envelope was "not something you see every day."

Tori Spelling’s Baby Belly Debut

Just three days after announcing she and hubby Dean McDermott are expecting their third child, Tori Spelling stepped out to debut her growing baby belly.

The momma-to-be was beaming as she showed off her adorable baby bump in a flowy patterned orange dress at The Grove in Los Angeles on Wednesday (April 13).

Earlier in the week (April 11), the 37-year-old took to her Twitter to announce the big baby news, writing, "I know there's been a lot of speculation, so I wanted everyone to hear from me… it's official… Dean & I are PREGNANT!"

Tori revealed that things are a little different this time around, telling press, "I have actually been much sicker this pregnancy than the other two. I have been nauseous for three months straight. It's starting to get better now, thank goodness. And, I'm showing way more a lot sooner. Guess it's true when they say your body remembers!"

Ashley Tisdale Takes to Toronto

Continuing her massive publicity tour for "Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure," Ashley Tisdale was spotted arriving in Toronto, Canada earlier today (April 13).

The "High School Musical" hottie was well-dressed in a red scarf, tan jacket, white top, and black trousers as she made her way through the terminal at Pearson International Airport.

And though she usually seems like a ball of energy, Tizzie sounded a bit tuckered out on her Twitter page.

Upon her arrival, she tweeted, "Just landed in Toronto.... Exhausted! Anyone up for Starbucks?!!"

Lady Gaga Signs On for Japan Earthquake Benefit

Doing her part to help the victims of the Japan earthquake/tsunami disaster, Lady Gaga will perform at the MTV Video Music Aid Japan concert on June 25th.

The "Bad Romance" songstress is the first name to be released from the sure-to-be-spectacular roster, also including international and local acts.

MTV will host the event at the Makuhari Messe Convention Center, located just outside the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Gaga also designed and sold a special prayer wristband and raised $250,000 for rescue efforts in Japan.

Drew Barrymore’s Red New ‘Do

She's always up for a good time, and last night (April 13) Drew Barrymore was spotted at the launch for Kimberly Snyder's new book "The Beauty Detox Solution.

The "Never Been Kissed" actress looked lovely as she hammed it up for the press in the arrivals area outside the London Hotel in West Hollywood.

As for her recent transition from blonde to red tresses, her stylist Tracey Cunningham said it was simply a whim.

"Drew just felt like trying out red, and it looks great on her- she loves it!" Of course, pretty much everything looks amazing on Drew!

Gwyneth Paltrow: Self Magazine Sexy

She's got a killer duet of "Somewhere of the Rainbow" with Matthew Morrison not to mention a busy acting career and beautiful family, and Gwyneth Paltrow still manages to look amazing.

The "Sliding Doors" actress is fit and fine on the cover of Self magazine's May 2011 issue, and in the accompanying interview, she talks about being in the best shape of her life.

Gwyneth explained, "I never thought that I'd be considered to have a good body. I was bony up top and kind of dumpy on the bottom. But my trainer, Tracy Anderson, completely changed my legs, butt, arms and stomach. I feel better than ever, too."

She also noted that she ramps things up at times. "If I'm prepping for something or I've been eating a lot of pie, I do two hours a day, six days a week for two weeks."

Ms. Paltrow shared that she tries to make the most of every day. "I go with my instincts. We're capable of pushing ourselves and doing whatever we want to do. You live one time, so be your best self."
