Robert Pattinson’s "Cosmopolis" Weekend Workday

Having closed out his "Twilight: Breaking Dawn" filming duties, Robert Pattinson has immersed himself in another new role - as the English actor was hard at work on the set of "Cosmopolis" on Sunday morning (May 29).

The Edward Cullen hunk suited up and grabbed a seat alongside co-star Sarah Gadon while the pair delved into rehearsing a scene shot by the window of a cafe in Toronto, Canada.

With director David Cronenberg looking on, the cameras began to roll as Pattinson proceeded to chow down his breakfast before spitting the food up in laughter.

Also starring Paul Giamatti and Juliette Binoche, "Cosmopolis" tells the story of "a multimillionaire embarking on a 24-hour odyssey across Manhattan."

Giving fans a first glimpse of the sure-to-be captivating film, the red-band trailer for "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" has just hit the web.

Set to hit theaters on December 21st, the theatrical adaptation of Stieg Larsson's bestselling book of the same name boasts an impressive cast including Rooney Mara and Daniel Craig.

Also featuring Stellan Skarsgård and Robin Wright, the drama/thriller was directed by David Fincher - who boasts a long slate of high-profile credits including "Fight Club" and "The Social Network".

For those unfamiliar with the story, "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" sees "a journalist who is aided in his search for a woman who has been missing - or dead - for forty years by a young female hacker."

After seeing his high-profile romance with Jessica Simpson fizzle out, NFL star Tony Romo quietly moved on by starting a relationship with Dallas/Ft. Worth sports reporter Candice Crawford.

Working out as well as could be hoped, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback and the sister of "Gossip Girl" actor Chace Crawford sealed their love during a Dallas, Texas wedding on Saturday (May 28).

With the festivities taking place at Arlington Hall, the nuptials drew out 600 guests including Romo's current teammates Dez Bryant and Miles Austin, as well as past Cowboys greats such as Troy Aikman and Roger Staubach.

Having gotten engaged back in December 2010, a source told People magazine of the scene, "It was perfect! From the ceremony in beautiful white, to a vibrant after-party and great music selected by Tony himself."

Cheryl Cole Asks For "X Factor" Dismissal Explanation

Having headed back to Britain after being dismissed as an "X Factor" U.S. judge, Cheryl Cole was reportedly secluded in a secret location while speaking about her firing for the first time.

According to The Mirror, the former Girls Aloud singer was even pondering an exit from the UK version of the show - as she's been given an ultimatum by ITV bosses in regards to getting back to the her duties on the popular music competition show.

The Mirror report goes on to tell that Miss Cole opened up to a friend while asking, "Why did Simon Cowell do this to me?"

Cheryl is also said to be at a loss as to why the U.S. "X Factor" dismissal took place, saying, "I still haven't been given a reason."

As for the ultimatum in regards to her UK TV duties, Simon is said to have chastised Cheryl about her ruing over the failed go in the States.

Cowell reportedly told her, "Do you want ­another job on more money? It's a simple question: Yes or No?"

An ITV insider added, "She's been told to grow up and pick yourself up or you'll lose the British show too. It's tough, but we start filming the UK program on Wednesday. No one is bigger than the show, that's what she has to realize. If ­Cheryl doesn't want to do it we'll just go on without her. It's very worrying that she's ­refusing to engage with us. We need a dialogue but she won't answer the phone. Cheryl needs to call us. She needs to call home."

Dominating headlines with their beachfront frolicking photos a few days ago, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's Hawaiian romp can now be seen even more in-depth upon the release of video documenting the loved-up outing.

The "Never Say Never" star and his "Monte Carlo" cutie were the picture of young love as they shared plenty of smooches while venturing about the tropical Maui locale.

During the course of the day, Justin and Selena shared a walk through the lush tropical gardens at the Hyatt Regency Ka'anapali.

The two lovebirds also were spotted jet skiing and parasailing earlier in the day, while Bieber later took Gomez to Lahaina for a little shopping and dining along the Historic Front Street.

Katie Holmes’ "Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark" Trailer

Hoping to draw viewers with her latest spooky venture, Katie Holmes' upcoming movie "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" has just released its official theatrical trailer.

The horror/thriller flick tells the story of "a young girl sent to live with her father and his new girlfriend who discovers creatures in her new home who want to claim her as one of their own."

Directed by Troy Nixey, "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" also stars "Memento" actor Guy Pearce and 11-year-old "Bridge to Terabithia" actress Bailee Madison.

With the screenplay put together by the well-regarded Guillermo del Toro, the film is all set to hit theaters on August 26, 2011.
