Lindsay Lohan’s Legal Resolution

Back in 2007 she was accused of terrorizing a woman in a car chase, and Lindsay Lohan has finally figured out a settlement.

According to TMZ, the "Mean Girls" actress' insurance company paid out an undisclosed amount of money to Tracie Rice.

When Ms. Rice initially filed the lawsuit, she claimed LiLo's crazy driving was "one of the most frightening experiences" of her life.

Now that this case has been dismissed, Lindsay can move on to the next unresolved lawsuit in her life as she cleans out her legal closet.

Taylor Swift Talks Speak Now Tour

She's super pumped about taking her show on the road, and Taylor Swift leaked a few details about the Speak Now concert experience.

The "Should've Said No" hitmaker spent a lot of time dreaming things up, and everything has turned out perfectly.

Swift shared, "The tour is exactly how my imagination looks and I'm so excited that we get to have these entire scenes created on stage."

Included in the set are fireworks and mini-cannons on "Sparks Fly," a snowstorm for "December," and a front porch scene for "The Story of Us." Taylor declared, "I started out in theatre so you definitely see influences of that."

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy: Deauville Summit Dame

Taking care of her political duties, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy was spotted at the G8 France 2011 Deauville Summit today (May 27).

The French First Lady looked lovely as she posed with foreign dignitaries while trying not to draw attention to her budding baby bump.

In related news, Carla has lent her support to an appeal by feminist groups condemning sexist comments that followed the arrest of former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn.

The campaign is called "Sexism: they (men) lose it and women pay," and more than 25,000 signatures have been collected.

Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie’s Box Office Faceoff

They're madly in love and have a ton of kids together, but this weekend Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will be battling each other at the box office.

The "Changeling" chick teams up with the likes of Jack Black, Gary Oldman, Lucy Liu, and Seth Rogan in the next chapter of animated amazement.

Meanwhile, Pitt's "Tree of Life" includes the uber-talented Sean Penn in a serious flick about a family in the 1950s. Additionally, both films will have to compete for moviegoers' attention with Bradley Cooper's already-successful "Hangover: Part II."

It's no secret that she's been unlucky in love, but Jennifer Aniston may be reversing that trend with her "Wanderlust" costar Justin Theroux.

According to a report, the "Just Go With It" hottie had a sleepover with her new gentleman caller earlier this month, and they've been seeing a lot of each other.

An insider revealed that Jen and Justin have been hanging out for a few months now, with much more regular contact as of late.

Perhaps Justin is just what Aniston needed to get back on the romance train. After all, she hasn't had a regular boyfriend since she and John Mayer split in 2009.

Elijah Wood Signs on for “Celeste and Jesse Forever”

It's shaping up to be quite a romantic comedy, and now "Celeste and Jesse" has added another big name actor- Elijah Wood.

The "Lord of the Rings" star will play a metrosexual friend to Rashida Jones' character Celeste who is involved with Andy Samberg's Jesse.

"Celeste and Jesse Forever" also stars Emma Roberts, Ari Graynor, and Chris Messina, and Rashida Jones also co-wrote the script with Will McCormack.

Additionally, Elijah will also be starring in his first television series, a comedy on FX called "Wilfred" beginning June 23rd.

Kim Kardashian’s Fiance Kris Humphries: Part of the Family

The Kardashian family is as intimidating as it is loving, and Kris Humphries took a big step by asking Kim Kardashian to marry him.

However, it seems Kim's folks love Kris and have welcomed him as one of their own. Kris Jenner told press, "He is so amazing and sweet and after spending time with him I came to realize he was such an important part of the family."

She continued, "He gets along with every single one of us, and that is not easy to do," she admits. "When you date one of us, you date all of us. We're all going out with Kris."

"I see that spirit in Bruce [Jenner] and that I saw in Kim's dad (the late Robert Kardashian). We have a lot of big personalities and he lets us be who we are."

Jenner added, "It's hard to let someone in to such a crazy, big, dynamic family and have someone hold their own. Kris does. And he allows Kim to be who she is. She is such an amazing person with such a big heart and she's such a romantic and he's exactly the same way. They're cute together."

LeAnn Rimes & Eddie Cibrian’s Cabo Yachting Adventure

Continuing along with their romantic escapade, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian were the sight to be seen while honeymooning in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Thursday (May 26).

The recently married lovers boarded a private yacht as they cruised through the Sea of Cortez, sharing plenty of smooches in between cooling off in the crystal clear waters.

An onlooker tells that LeAnn and Eddie also were busy sipping on Don Julio 1942 tequila and Corona Lights while taking keepsake pictures of the famous Los Arcos Arch.

The owner of the boat revealed that Eddie chartered the yacht - which was appropriately named "It's All Good" - as a surprise for LeAnn, who tweeted before finding out the day's plans, "Eddie is now taking me on some kind of excursion.....not sure exactly WHAT we are doing! Fun!!"

Meanwhile, Rimes has since sent her well-wishes to her many fans via Twitter, writing, "Happy Memorial Day Weekend Everyone!!!! Have a SAFE and fun weekend!"

“The Muppets” Spoofs “The Hangover: Part II”

It has already been a great opening weekend for "The Hangover: Part II," and it looks like "The Muppets" is looking to capitalize on their success.

In a new teaser trailer, Kermit the Frog, Gonzo, and Fozzie are "backy back" in a spoof on the popular party movie.

"The Muppets" is due to hit theaters on November 23rd, and from the looks of the trailer it'll be quite the ride.

Additionally, Amy Adams, Rashida Jones, and Jason Segel are all said to have a part in the puppet-powered flick.

Jason Sudeikis Cuts Kristen Stewart’s Hair

Gearing up for his big MTV Movie Awards hosting gig, Jason Sudeikis has been making his way around to introduce himself to this year's nominees.

In the latest clip, the "Hall Pass" actor barges into the Kristen Stewart's dressing room to which she says, "You're not my hairdresser."

After introducing himself to the Bella Swan beauty, she asks, "How are you with a pair of scissors?"

"Good enough to have my own pair!" Sudeikis exclaims and proceeds to place a bowl on Stewart's head.
