Arnold Schwarzenegger & Maria Shriver: Prenup?

Now that word of their split is beginning to settle, family attorney Robert Brandt has stepped forward to sort out the possibilities of a divorce between Arnold Scwarzenegger and Maria Shriver - even addressing whether the famous pair signed a prenup.

The family lawyer addressed questions over whether the wildly wealthy couple signed an all-important prenuptial agreement before tying the knot, telling, "We are talking about a world famous actor who was making $20 million a movie before he became governor. We are talking about someone who is in the Kennedy family -- one of the most famous, wealthy families in the world. A case like this, if they don't work it out, could involve tremendous sums of money. We could be talking about upwards of a billion dollars in net worth."

The Los Angeles based attorney continued, "Under California law, all community property has to be equally divided. So if we are talking about a billion dollars in acquisitions -- from the date of marriage to the date of separation -- each one of them is going to end up with half a billion dollars, absolutely."

Based on his experience, Brandt added, "I would have to think that considering she was from the Kennedy clan, and he had already done many, many movies and was extremely successful -- and he was an actor -- they certainly had to have thought about a prenuptial agreement."

Nicole Scherzinger: National Movie Awards with Lewis!

She's no stranger to red carpet affairs, and earlier today (May 11) Nicole Scherzinger was spotted at the 2011 National Movie Awards in London, England.

The former Pussycat Doll was joined by her hunky beau Lewis Hamilton as she strolled inside the Wembley Arena for the big event.

Earlier today, Nicole was seen making her UK arrival at Heathrow International Airport.

As for her new gig with the USA version of "The X Factor," Nicole told press, "It feels great. I love keeping busy. It's a challenge. It's something new and it's cool to be a part of such a phenomenal show. I was a part of "The X Factor" in London and Simon's just amazing to work with. I've never really been a host before, so it's definitely a new adventure for me. I'm making my job not traditional with all this stuff, so it's a lot of fun."

Beyonce Knowles Talks New Album

Her upcoming studio album will be titled "4", and Beyoncé Knowles says it has very special significance to her.

The "Crazy in Love" songstress told press that she yielded to her fans' wishes for the moniker on her new opus.

"Everywhere I look, I see them calling it '4.' I had a whole other name and concept, but I keep seeing that the fans love the name '4,' and I think it would be a really nice thing to let them name the record."

"We all have special numbers in our lives, and 4 is that for me. It's the day I was born. My mother's birthday, and a lot of my friends' birthdays, are on the fourth; April 4 is my wedding date."

Pippa Middleton: Kate’s Friendly Rival

She's made news as of late thanks to porn offers and bikini pictures, and it turns out that Pippa Middleton has always been a friendly rival of her Royal sister Kate.

According to a report, the 27-year-old brunette babe is no stranger to stealing the spotlight from the Duchess of Cambridge.

An insider told press, "There is a healthy competition between the two. Certainly when it comes to looks, like who is the slimmest or better looking, there is a little friendly rivalry."

Another Royal watcher declared that Pippa is far more outgoing than Kate. "She was the sister who sparkled. She is an extrovert, compared to Kate."

"Midnight In Paris" Premieres at 2011 Cannes Film Festival

Opening up the annual cinema celebration in the French Riviera, the stars of "Midnight In Paris" hit the red carpet at their movie's Cannes Film Festival premiere on Wednesday (May 11).

Lovely actress Rachel McAdams was the center of attention as she beautified the arrivals area prior to the Woody Allen directed picture's debut.

Also on hand for the prestigious festival opening event were co-stars Owen Wilson and Adrien Brody, who both suited up for the evening screening, along with fellow castmate Carla Bruni and her husband, French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

Talking about the experience of getting Cannes underway this year, director Allen told THR, "It's always an unreal experience. If you've ever seen it up close, there are a million flashbulbs going off in your face."

He continued, "People clap when you walk in to take your seat. You have to sit through the movie, that's the worst part. And after the movie, you have to stand up and people clap. There's no connection to real life, to the real world. It's a heightened, euphoric experience. I'm always embarrassed. I live a more quiet life. I don't go to a lot of openings or events. But I'm required to go to some for the opening of the picture, so I do."

As for his latest movie, "Midnight In Paris" is described as "a romantic comedy about a family traveling to the French capital for business."

Mia Amber Davis: Dead at 36

In yet another tragic Tinseltown death, Mia Amber Davis passed away in Los Angeles yesterday (May 10).

The plus-sized actress was probably best known for her role in the 2000 Tom Green film "Road Trip," as well as some modeling work.

According to Davis' husband Michael Yard, the actress had routine knee surgery on Monday, though by Tuesday morning she seemed fine.

However later on in the day, Yard, who was in New York City at the time, received a phone call informing him that his 36-year-old wife was dead. He told press, "I want to know what happened to my wife."

The Opening Ceremony was nothing short of fabulous, with stars from all over the globe converging on the Palais des Festivals.

"Cape Fear" actor/Cannes juror Robert De Niro looked dapper in a black tuxedo as he chatted with fellow attendees.

Also in the house were jurors Uma Thurman and Jude Law, as well as super hot model Karolina Kurkova.

Lindsay Lohan Enters No Contest, Gets 120 Day Sentence

Proceeding forth as expected, Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Shawn Holley showed up at the courthouse in Los Angeles, CA to enter a "no contest" plea to a charge of theft on Wednesday (May 11).

Being found guilty by Judge Stephanie Sautner, the "Mean Girls" actress was sentenced to 120 days jail time with two served while ordered to surrender to the sheriff's custody on or before June 17th.

Due to prison overcrowding, it is expected that Miss Lohan will be placed on home confinement via electronic monitoring while also being given a hefty 480 hours of community service - which cannot be performed while serving the home confinement sentence.

Lindsay was also placed on three years formal probation while she's serving her sentence and completing community service - with the probation to be converted to unsupervised once finished with her court-ordered obligations.

Other terms included psychological counseling, a shoplifting alternative class and numerous fines and fees.

Charlie Sheen’s Lawyer Meet-Up

He's been in an ongoing battle with ex-wife Denise Richards over the custody of their daughters, and earlier today (May 11) Charlie Sheen was spotted leaving his family lawyer's office.

The "Hot Shots" wildman looked to be in good spirits as he strolled out of the Los Angeles office building and hopped into his brand new Rolls Royce Phantom.

So far, Charlie is reportedly trying to get weekend visits with Sam and Lola, though it seems he still has a long ways to go.

According to a report, Denise's camp is winning out at convincing the judge that Sheen's lifestyle is not conducive to children.
