Shia & Rosie Premiere "Transformers 3" in Moscow

Posted: 23 Jun 2011 12:06 PM PDT

Drawing in hundreds of fans, the cast of "Tranformers: Dark of the Moon" attended the Moscow premiere as part of the Moscow Film Festival on Thursday (June 23).

Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington Whiteley, Josh Duhamel, Patrick Dempsey, Tyrese Gibson and director Michael Bay walked the arrivals carpet, waving to their fans and talking with press ahead of their film's Russian debut.

Giving his two cents on the film's newbie, Miss Huntington-Whiteley, LaBeouf recently told MTV News, "She completely owns her sexuality, which I think helps especially on a movie like this where it's a blanket summer movie and there are certain requirements of a woman in a summer movie. She owns her sexuality and she doesn't shy from it."

"I think it was a harder gap to cross, in terms of Megan going from complete obscurity to being the sexiest woman in the world in a movie. [It] is a greater leap and transition than to go from being a Victoria's Secret model to then being the hottest actress in the world," he added. "It's an easier transition because she already had that in her pocket when she came to set. She was able to be strong in her femininity as opposed to trying to shy away from it."

"Transformers: Dark of the Moon" is set to hit theaters on Tuesday, June 29th.

Lindsay Lohan: No Jail!

Posted: 23 Jun 2011 11:45 AM PDT

She arrived at an LA courthouse this morning to answer for her alcohol-related probation violation, and Lindsay Lohan is still a free woman.

The "Georgia Rule" actress got lucky again and ended up not having to serve any jail time, based on a technicality.

Judge Stephanie Sautner decided that the alcohol infringement didn't count because Lindsay's prior judge Eldon Fox only required substance testing until February 25th.

Yesterday, Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers, who had been a part of LiLo's legal woes for awhile, told press she had a bad feeling about Lindsay's house arrest arrangements from the start.

"I think that Ms. Lohan should really be trying to get rehabilitated. I think that she really needs to be at home and read, and do some type of things that go towards her rehabilitation, and it's unfortunate that she is not doing those things if she is shooting a [Beezid] commercial.

She continued, "She really needs to take some timeout and think about the things that she has done and think about the things she can do to be productive. So I'm hoping that at some point in time she is going to take a step back, sit down, rehabilitate herself, read some really important literature, and perhaps do some public service announcements about drinking and driving, and how bad that is. It's unfortunate to me that she is not doing that, I was hoping that she would once she got that big huge break from Judge Sautner."

Jessica Biel: Bloody on the "Total Recall" Set

Posted: 23 Jun 2011 11:33 AM PDT

Plugging away at her latest film, Jessica Biel was spotted on the set of "Total Recall" in Toronto, Canada on Thursday (June 23).

The "Valentine's Day" babe was decked out in wardrobe, complete with fake blood on her head and hands as she readied for her next scene.

Aside from her cinematic efforts, it's no secret Jess is a health nut - and she recently shared some of her secrets to maintaining a fit and healthy body.

The 29-year-old revealed, "For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. It's so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps. You can find healthy food pretty much anywhere. I do a lot of cooking at home using grains and vegetables."

Friends, Family Mourn at Ryan Dunn’s Private Memorial

Paying respect to a man they knew and loved, friends and family members of Ryan Dunn gathered at a private memorial service in a suburban Philadelphia funeral home on Thursday (June 23).

Those close to the "Jackass" stuntman, including co-stars and best friends Bam Margera and Johnny Knoxville, piled into the West Chester service, which was described as "a celebration of Dunn's life."

Feeling the heartache overseas, "Kings of Leon" member Caleb Followill paid tribute to the MTV star during last night's (June 22) show in London's Hyde Park - holding a toast to "a friend of ours who's passed away," adding,"This is for Ryan" before playing their 2007 hit song, "McFearless."

According to reports, Dunn will be laid to rest in his home state of Ohio, with a public memorial to be announced in the near future.

“The Hobbit” Releases First Images

Posted: 23 Jun 2011 11:09 AM PDT

With the massive success of the "Lord of the Rings" films, there's already all kinds of anticipation for the forthcoming "The Hobbit" flick.

And Peter Jackson has finally released images of the new characters on the set, generating tons of buzz in the shots from Entertainment Weekly
.

Jackson sang the praises of Martin Freeman, who plays Bilbo Baggins, during a recent interview about the film.

''He fits the ears and he's got some very nice feet. I think he's got the biggest hobbit feet we've had so far. They're a little bit hard to walk in, but he's managed to figure out the perfect hobbit gait.''

As for Ian McKellen, Peter mused, ''He's in fantastic form. In a way, his role in 'The Hobbit' has more technical difficulties than 'Lord of the Rings' did, because he has scenes with 14 smaller characters — obviously the dwarves and the hobbit are shorter. ... I remember saying to him, 'Look, this isn't "Waiting for Godot" or "King Lear." This is "The Hobbit." This is the real thing.'"

Diddy Settles Lawsuit Stemming From 1999 Shooting

Posted: 23 Jun 2011 11:00 AM PDT

After 12 long years, Sean "Diddy" Combs has finally settled a multi-million dollar lawsuit against him stemming from a shootout at a New York nightclub back in 1999.

The successful rapper/mogul, who was dating Jennifer Lopez at the time, was at a now-gone Times Square hot spot with former protégé Jamal "Shyne" Barrow when Barrow shot three clubgoers.

According to the New York Post, Diddy has now quietly settled all civil actions against him (as for Barrow, he served nine years in prison and was deported to his native Belize after release).

Although some confidentiality agreements have been signed, former Club New York owner Michael Bergos did not sign an agreement did not, and as has revealed that the most seriously injured victim, Natania Reuben, was paid $1.8 million - while the other two victims were paid $500,000 and $50,000.

Cory Monteith’s Drug-Fueled Past Revealed

Posted: 23 Jun 2011 10:32 AM PDT

He's one of Prospect High's shining stars, but life for Cory Monteith hasn't always been that bright - having dealt with a serious drug problem and unsuccessful bouts with rehab.

The "Glee" star opened up about his past addiction in the new issue of Parade magazine (out June 26), telling, "I burned a lot of bridges," while also dishing that his drug use involved "anything and everything, as much as possible...I had a serious problem."

By the age of 19, Cory's mother and close friends had enough and decided to stage an intervention, which sent him to rehab - however, staying clean didn't last long, as he told, "I did the stint but then went back to doing exactly what I left off doing."

After stealing a large amount of money from a family member and getting caught, Cory said he finally hit his ultimate rock bottom. "I was done fighting myself. I finally said, 'I'm gonna start looking at my life and figure out why I'm doing this.'"

After moving away and kicking the habit, Monteith's life finally starting piecing itself back together, however, he firmly noted that his path is not a road youngsters should try to travel, explaining, "I don't want kids to think it's okay to drop out of school and get high, and they'll be famous actors, too. But for those people who might give up: Get real about what you want and go after it. If I can, anyone can."

Taking their new flick to all corners of the globe, the cast of "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" was spotted at a photo call in Moscow, Russia today (June 23).

Shia LaBeouf hammed it up for the Russian press along with his partners in crime Rosie Huntington Whiteley, Josh Duhamel, and Patrick Dempsey.

Meanwhile, director Michael Bay told press that he's confident that "Dark of the Moon" will far outshine the second "Transformers" flick "Revenge of the Fallen."

Bay boasted, "This one is much more of a mystery. It's really epic in scope, it's got more heart. It's kind of back down to basics. Movie two, we kind of went off on a tangent."

Of "Dark of the Moon's" 3-D effects, Michael got a great compliment by Steven Spielberg. "Spielberg said to me, 'This is the best 3-D I've ever seen.' And, you know, he doesn't blow smoke."

Posted: 23 Jun 2011 09:53 AM PDT

As previously reported by the GossipCenter, Lindsay Lohan is in hot water for testing positive for alcohol consumption, and this morning she was spotted at the LAX Airport Courthouse.

The "Mean Girls" actress arrived to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner and answer for her probation violation.

Yesterday, an insider told press, "Lindsay tested positive for alcohol. The judge in her DUI case, Judge Elden Fox said she couldn't consume any alcohol while on probation. The probation department has prepared a report, and Lindsay will be in court tomorrow."

Posted: 23 Jun 2011 09:38 AM PDT

The grunged out "Gossip Girl" star sat down with her bandmates to puff on a cigarette and sip a coffee before hopping in the taxi.
