Enjoying a luxurious holiday, Chelsy Davy was spotted out to lunch with some friends in Ibiza, Spain today (June 2).

The sexy socialite looked to be having a great time during the meal, and had a cigarette before heading to the airport to catch a departing flight.

Chelsy has been living it up as of late ever since she and Prince Harry decided to call it quits on their relationship again.

An insider shared, "[Chelsy] saw the way that he was flirting with Pippa Middleton at the royal wedding, and it's only natural that she felt pangs of jealousy. Harry will never be the faithful type and Chelsy doesn't want to live her life in a fishbowl."

"Even if Harry were to propose she'd say no. She doesn't want to be a princess … [Kate Middleton] knows how to play the game, and she says all the right things. Chelsy is more of a free spirit."

In other news, it was being reported earlier this week that Ms Olsen and Justin Timberlake had taken a liking to each other.

But according to Timberlake's rep, "Justin is not romantically involved with anyone" and the two "have mutual friends. They were hanging out as a group."

Enjoying some time on the East Coast, Jessica Alba was seen catching a train at Penn Station in New York City today (June 3).

The "Good Luck Chuck" babe, along with her husband Cash Warren and daughter Honor Marie, is on her way to New Haven, Connecticut for Cash's 10-year college reunion at Yale University.

Mr. Warren graduated from Yale back in 2001, and he's got quite the arm candy to show off at the weekend festivities.

Jessica wrote on her Facebook page, "On way to NYC and Connecticut with the family. Love spending time together although Cash is bothering me already… ha! Yale reunion this weekend. Excited to live vicariously through all those Ivy Leaguers with fancy degrees."

Tokio Hotel: Making Merry in Moscow

Stepping out for a media appearance, Tokio Hotel was spotted at a press conference for the Annual Muz-TV music Awards in Moscow, Russia today (June 3).

Gustav Schafer, Bill Kaulitz, Tom Kaulitz, and Georg Listing all looked fabulous as they posed for pictures and fielded questions.

In related news, Tokio hotel has been announced as one of the performers at this year's MTV Video Music Awards Japan.

They'll join Lady GaGa, Exile, and Kana Nishino at the big event, which will raise money for the Japanese Red Cross, on June 25th.

Kim's gal pal Brittny Gastineau told press she's super excited over the engagement news. "I can't believe that the time has come. I've known her for so many years, we've always talked about marriage and when the day was going to happen, and the fact that it's happening is crazy."

She added, "I can honestly say they are madly in love. He brings the best out of her, and they just work together!"

Emma Stone & Bryce Dallas Howard’s "Spider-Man" Bond

She was ecstatic when she found out that she was cast in the reboot, but the best part about being named Gwen in "Amazing Spider-Man" for Emma Stone was being able to share that excitement with the actress who previously played that role - Bryce Dallas Howard.

While visiting the MTV for a screening of "The Help," the 22-year-old spoke about the experience, telling, "I found out while I was on set of 'The Help,' It was pretty great to be together for that."

Bryce explained that she was just as elated over the news, as she told, "I'm one of those people that goes online and reads gossip about movies, so pretty early on, there was some buzz," adding that she went straight to Emma's trailer the announcement was made final, explaining, "I was stoked."

Besides getting first-hand pointers from her friend, Stone said she gathered research for the character wherever she could, telling,"I read a pretty comprehensive 'Death of the Stacys' book ... and it's a really amazing book to learn the story of Captain Stacy and Gwen Stacy," adding, "And I've read a various amount of comics."

Cheryl Cole: Coming Back as "X Factor" Guest Judge?

After being let go from judging the American version of "X Factor," Cheryl Cole is facing another downgrade.

The brunette beauty judged auditions in two cities (which will air) but failed to impress the "X Factor" higher-ups so they may dock her down from judge to "guest judge."

A TV source said, "If Cheryl is made to look like a guest judge or an experiment that went wrong it would have big implications for her career and could kill her American dream. Being dumped from the show has been bad enough, I can't imagine she will be looking forward to reliving the auditions on screen."

Staying mum about the situation so far, Cheryl has still not spoken out about the decision to cut her just days into her new role.
