Payback: Justin Timberlake Gets Marine Ball Invite

What goes around comes around, and Justin Timberlake now knows that first hand.

After the "Bad Teacher" actor pointed out a YouTube video featuring Marine Sergeant Scott Moore asking Mila Kunis to the Marine Corps Ball this year, Justin got an invite of his own.

Following Moore's lead, Kelsey De Santis, a Quantico, Virgina-based Marine, posted her own video asking Timberlake if he would be her date to this year's Ball.

No word yet on whether Timberlake will accept the invitation, but De Santis joked in the video, "If you can't go, all I can say is, cry me a river."

Shirtless Colin Farrell’s "Total Recall" Bonding Time

Taking a break from filming to enjoy some time with his son, Colin Farrell was spotted carrying little Henry around the Toronto, Canada set of "Total Recall" earlier today (July 13).

The shirtless 35-year-old hunk showed off his svelte form, all the while seeming quite content with his little guy in his arms.

Colin takes over the role of secret agent in the remake of the hit 1990's version previously played by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The action flick, due out August 3, 2011, also stars Jessica Biel, Kate Beckinsale and Ethan Hawke while directed by Len Wiseman.

"Cowboys & Aliens" Releases "You Owe Me" Clip

Set for a July 29th release, Universal Pictures has released the first clip from the upcoming movie "Cowboys & Aliens" - with the new segment titled "You Owe Me".

The action thriller boasts quite the impressive cast including Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, Olivia Wilde and Sam Rockwell.

Per IMDB's website, "Cowboys & Aliens" involves a spaceship that arrives in Arizona in the year 1873 to take over the Earth, starting with the Wild West region. A posse of cowboys are all that stand in their way.

Also filling roles in the much-awaited picture are Adam Beach, Paul Dano, Noah Ringer, Keith Carradine, Clancy Brown, Ana de la Reguera and Abigail Spencer.

Penn Badgley’s "Gossip Girl" Workday

Hard at work on the set, Penn Badgley got back to filming scenes for "Gossip Girl" in New York City earlier today (July 13).

The 24-year-old hunk, who plays Dan Humphries in the teen drama, took to Fifth Ave. to shoot his parts slated for the upcoming fifth season - which premieres on September 19th.

And it looks like Penn will have a new guy to contend with this season, as "Stargate Universe" actor Brian J. Smith has just joined the hit CW show.

Smith is set to play Max, the new love interest of the Blake Lively-fronted character Serena van der Woodsen.

Halle Berry’s Obsessed Fan Charged with Felony Stalking

After having been arrested for stalking Halle Berry earlier in the week, Richard Anthony Franco has been hit with a felony charge this morning (July 13).

Franco was arrested at the "Catwoman" actress' home late Monday by off-duty police officers hired by Miss Berry.

The intruder, who was already on probation for misdemeanor battery, faces up to three years in prison if convicted on the stalking charge, the prosecutor said.

A resident of Commerce, CA, Richard is being held in a Los Angeles jail on $150,000 bond.

Daniel Baldwin Files for Divorce, Says Wife Threatened His Life

Calling it quits after nearly four years of marriage, Daniel Baldwin filed for divorce from wife Joanne Smith earlier today (July 13).

The move comes just a day after the 50-year old actor requested a restraining order against the ex-fashion model turned chef, claiming that he was in fear for the safety of himself and their two daughters.

Daniel opened up about the factors that led up to his recent legal action, telling TMZ, "Due to recent events in our home and for the safety of my children and myself, I have made this decision. I have had my share of problems with drugs and alcohol many years ago and know first hand how difficult a position she is in."

Further urging Baldwin to walk away from the relationship was the repeated threats on his life, as he explained in a declaration obtained by TMZ, revealing that Smith once came into the couple's bedroom after watching a documentary on women who kill their husband, saying, "Now I know how to do it, I understand why they did it. You have been warned."

The "Celebrity Rehab" participant, who has won temporary custody of their kids, also noted the fear his wife's outbursts would leave within their children, as he said they would often ask "is mommy going to kill us?"

Kate Middleton Makes Young Cancer Patient’s Day

She has quite the fan base as the Duchess of Cambridge, and Kate Middleton recently made one young fan's dream come true.

During the princess' visit to Calgary, Alberta, 6-year-old and cancer-stricken Diamond Ann Marshall greeted Kate with a bouquet of flowers.

Diamond's father, Lyall, told Us Weekly, "It was a dream come true for her. She had always wanted to meet a real princess. They got along very well. At first Di ran over and hugged Kate's legs and then ran back to us after handing over the flowers, but then Kate kneeled down and made her feel welcome. They talked for a few minutes. [Kate] told us the flowers were beautiful. The Duchess was very kind to her, very sweet and genuine. "

Young Diamond, who lost her mother, Memory, to cancer, is suffering from stage IV undifferentiated sarcoma.

She's in and out of chemo sessions at the Alberta Children's Hospital, but doctors say she's responding well to the treatment and her tumor is shrinking.

The outing comes as Ashley was also spotted out in the Big Apple the previous evening, with the recently single mogul joined by a male companion for an early dinner at Sant Ambroeus restaurant.

For the second week in a row, the "Crazy in Love" songstress is the top dog in the music world, with a two-week total of 426,000 copies sold thus far.

What's even more impressive is that Adele's five-month-old album 21 is still sitting pretty at the #2 spot.

Rounding out the top five are Selena Gomez & The Scene, Jason Aldean, Bad Meets Evil, Jackie Evancho, Jill Scott, Lady GaGa, Big Sean, and Lloyd.
