Casey Anthony: Not Guilty of Murder

It has been a long and grueling court case, and moments ago Casey Anthony was found to be "not guilty" of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

The 25-year-old defendant sat and listened as the jury announced their findings after the seven women and five men deliberated for more than ten hours.

As it turns out, Ms. Anthony was found "not guilty" of first degree murder, first degree manslaughter of a child, and aggravated child abuse.

However, she was found guilty of four counts of providing false information to law enforcement officials and will be sentenced by Judge Belvin Perry this Thursday (July 7th) at 9:00am.

Taking aim at those who challenge her motives, Lady Gaga has spoke out against those who say she is "using the gay community to sell records."

In a new interview with The Advocate, the Mother Monster is fighting back - explaining that the claims are "one of the most ridiculous statements anyone can make about me."

The 25-year-old singer furthered her stance, telling the mag, "I would say the top thing I think about every single day of my life, other than my fans, loving the music, and my family being healthy, is social justice and equality."

Harkening back to her now-canceled special edition "Born This Way" album agreement with Target following an outcry by member of the LGBT (due to the store's affiliation with an anti-gay politician),"You're either going to try and change or you're not. Taking an ambiguous stance is not what I'm about, obviously. I like to go right for the ass-kicker. You're either in or you're out. I'm from New York. I know bullsh*t. I can smell it from a mile away," the "Born This Way" rocker said.

Gaga also acknowledged that being on the receiving end of harsh critics is just really a part of her superstar gig, adding, "rumors [and] shots at me as a human being." It "comes with the territory of being a musician and being someone who is a public figure."

The "Cruel Intentions" actress flashed her waist tattoo while strolling along the sand in Malibu with her son Deacon and a friend.

When examined closely, the new ink seems to be two birds joined together, perhaps in honor of her recent marriage to hubby Jim Toth.

In career news, Reese is enjoying some time off before she begins promoting her forthcoming film "This Means War" with Chris Pine and Tom Hardy.

Her trial has captivated the world, and Casey Anthony is finally facing her moment of judgement as the verdict in her murder case is set to be announced at 2:15PM ET today (July 5).

The 25-year-old arrived at the courthouse in Orange County, Florida at 8:50AM while dressed in a white, long-sleeved shirt with her hair in a ponytail.

With her parents, Cindy and George Anthony, also in attendance, Miss Anthony will be told her fate - as she's accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony, and dumping her dead body in the woods near her parents' Florida residence.

Judge Belvin Perry will be presiding over the verdict announcement, with the live stream available below.

Getting into a patriotic mood, Kylie Jenner was spotted out and about in Calabasas, California yesterday afternoon (June 4).

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" babe looked beautiful in a white tank top and a pair of high-waisted denim cutoffs with stars and stripes on the front, teamed with a pair of black combat boots.

Kylie topped off her look with a pair of flirty red heart-shaped sunglasses as she spent some downtime with friends and took plenty of pictures as she waited for the fireworks show.

Taking to her Twitter page, Jenner expressed her excitement. She tweeted, "Fireworks <3," followed by, "getting in the 4th of July spirit!"

She was out promoting her new movie "Horrible Bosses" at "Chelsea Lately," and Jennifer Aniston got embarrassed when Chelsea Handler told the audience a silly story about the "Friends" babe.

Handler called Aniston out for dissing the Chateau Marmont, given that Chelsea's boyfriend Andre Balazs owns it.

Chelsea began, "Let me tell you a quick little ditty about Jen meeting my boyfriend at her house. He owns the Chateau Marmont . . . and Jen goes, 'Oh my God! People die there all the time!'"

Handler continued, "Our friend Alex said, 'Jen, you know that Andre owns it?' And she went 'Ohhh.'" Jen replied, "I knew that he was a hotelier, or whatever they say, but I did not know that it was the Chateau. My apologies."
