Emma Watson Covers Harper’s Bazaar UK August 2011

Gracing the front page of numerous publications, Emma Watson adorns the cover of the August 2011 issue of Harper's Bazaar UK.

Set to hit newsstands on July 7th, the Hermione Granger actress posed in Emilio Pucci and Yves Saint Laurent for the Alexi Lubomirski shot spread while chatting with the magazine about fashion and getting "angry" while acting.

Highlights from Miss Watson's Harper's Bazaar UK interview are as follows:

On fashion: "It can be savage and cruel, in that it's prescriptive -- you have to look a certain way and fit a certain mould -- but also in the way it's made."

On visiting Dhaka for her People Tree clothing collection: "When I went out to Bangladesh, to a factory where the clothes are made [for mass-market labels], it was horrifying. There is a cost to cheap clothes -- if people could see the inhumane way they're made, they would never in a million years buy them..."

On bringing out anger while filming her roles: "'My acting tutor said the hardest thing for me was to get angry. I almost broke down in tears when they tried to get me to be angry. I said, 'I can't do it, I just can't do it.' I keep all of that really bottled up somewhere and I feel unleashing it would be the scariest thing – and to let myself be powerful, sexy, all those things, it's scary for me. [Even playing the bad girl in this shoot (for Perks of Being A Wallflower)] felt a bit uncomfortable and awkward, it didn't come naturally at all."

Prince William & Kate Middleton’s Tree Planting Ceremony

Out for the third day of their Canadian tour, Prince William and Kate Middleton were side-by-side at Rideau Hall in Ottawa on Saturday afternoon (July 2).

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge kicked things off by helping to plant the Eastern Hemlock tree at the 2011 Royal Tour Ceremonial Tree Planting - with Kate dutifully manning the shovel as William watched on.

The royal couple also are lined up to meet Canadian war veterans and take part in a cooking workshop during the course of the day's agenda.

Once finished up, Will and Kate will then be setting off to the French-speaking Quebec province to "tour a flagship Montreal hospital dedicated to the care of mothers and children."

Also in store for the newlyweds during their Quebec stop, reports tell the twosome will be attending "a workshop at a cookery school in Montreal, for which the couple will roll up their sleeves and cook with the students using local ingredients."

Jennifer Lopez Launches "Love & Light" Fragrance

She's always expanding her streams of income, and Jennifer Lopez was busy launching her latest fragrance in St. Petersburg, Florida on Saturday (July 2).

The "American Idol" partook in an eight hour special for HSN while trying to bolster interest in her new perfume "Love & Light" - which is available exclusively via HSN until it hits Kohl's store shelves this September.

Talking about the offering, Lopez said in a press release, "With Love & Light, I wanted to create a fragrance that was less about the world around you and more about your inner light and your spirit. It's about how you feel inside, it's not about your outside world."

Betsy Olum, general manager of beauty and merchandising strategy at HSN, added, "We know our audience is going to love hearing from her on what influenced the creation of this fragrance."

As for the pricing, "Love & Light" will retail for $58, with an accompanying shower gel available for $32.

Bikini Babe Eva Longoria: Marbella Lovin’ with Eduardo Cruz

Box Office: "Transformers 3" Trounces the Competition

After racing out to a powerful lead upon opening with over $37 million on Wednesday (June 29), "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" is the clear victor of the box office over the Fourth of July holiday weekend.

The Shia LaBeouf/Rosie Huntington Whiteley led action film quadrupled the next closest contender while trending towards an estimated $120 million four-day weekend take.

Situated in the runner-up position is the Disney/Pixar family film "Cars 2," which is on pace to garner a solid $28 million four-day weekend pull in its second week of release.

With the Cameron Diaz/Justin Timberlake comedy "Bad Teacher" sitting in third with $17.5 million, a disappointing opening for Julia Roberts and Tom Hanks' "Larry Crowne" placed the film in fourth at an approximate opening debut of $16,8 million over the Fourth of July weekend.

Rounding out the top five is Leighton Meester and Selena Gomez's romantic comedy "Monte Carlo" - with the PG rated picture set to earn $10 million over the four day weekend.

Ke$ha: Wireless Festival Glitter Girl

Ready to take the stage during the annual music celebration, Ke$ha was on-hand for the second day of the Wireless Festival in London, England on Saturday (July 2).

Looking glitter gorgeous, the 24-year-old partook in a photocall at the Hyde Park venue as she prepped for her sure-to-be entertaining performance - with the event drawing on average over 60,000 spectators.

Tweeting as she got into costume for the concert efforts, Ke$ha wrote, "HYDE PARK gettin glittered."

The "TiK ToK" singer later teased fans about a possible surprise, as she added, "Mom might dress as the dancing wiener if u guys r lucky."

David Beckham Debuts New Galaxy Gear!

Taking to the event to debut the team's brand new jerseys, David Beckham and his fellow soccer playing pals attended the LA Galaxy Fourth of July Weekend Kick-Off Party in Los Angeles, California last night (July 1).

The English midfielder, who has been sitting out of recent games due to June 14 training injury, snapped pictures and chatted it up with teammates Omar Gonzalez and Landon Donovan during the soccer celebration.

In related news, it looks like David will miss the highly-anticipated California visit from newlyweds Prince William and Kate Middleton, as he explained, "Unfortunately, I don't think we will be able to make it just because I have a game the night after, so I'm not allowed to go to events the night before a game."

Beckham also sites the couple's jam-packed plans for the meet-up mishap, telling, "They're are here for a couple days and they're scheduled is always so rammed, so, but we'll see," adding, "Maybe we will get to see them for five minutes just to say hello, a bit of a shame not to see them while they are here."

Petra Kvitova Bests Maria Sharapova for Wimbledon Title

Making her first return appearance to the grand stage after winning the event seven years prior, things didn't go as hoped for Maria Sharapova at the 2011 Wimbledon Women's Final on Sunday (July 2).

The well-known Russian beauty was upstaged by her lesser known Czech Republic counterpart, Petra Kvitova, who ended up victorious during the match at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

Miss Kvitova outplayed Miss Sharapova from the onset, as she battled through each and every challenge put forth by Miss Sharapova en route to a straight set 6-3, 6-4 win.

With the lack of big match experience not causing an issue, Petra's win came before a full crowd including tennis greats such as Billie Jean King, Lindsay Davenport, Amelie Mauresmo and Martina Navratilova, with politician Condoleeza Rice and actress Anne Hathaway also among those watching on from the stands.

Anne Hathaway & Adam Shulman: Wimbeldon Lovers

Spending the weekend taking in a little tennis, Anne Hathaway and boyfriend Adam Shulman were courtside at Wimbledon on Saturday (July 2).

The cute couple sat alongside tennis legend Billie Jean King as they watched the Ladies' final round match between Maria Sharapova of Russia and Petra Kvitova of the Czech Republic at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

Having been together for two and a half years, Miss Hathaway recently called her relationship with Shulman as being "mellow," as she told Harper's Bazaar, "So far, it's worked out great."

Of settling into a laid back romance, Anne said of her previously dramatic dating situations, "(They) had their wonderful side, of course ... but also it was exhausting, and sometimes it would freak me out."

She added, "Mellow doesn't always make for a good story, but it makes for a good life."

Patricia Arquette & Thomas Jane Finalize Divorce

After two years of wavering back and forth about the decision, Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane are now officially divorced.

The "Medium" actress first filed for divorce from the "Deep Blue Sea" actor in 2009 before having a change of heart and calling it off a few months later.

The duo then separated again in August of 2010, before finally dissolving their union once and for all yesterday (July 1).

The couple, who tied the knot in 2006, will share custody of their 8-year-old daughter
