TLC Cancels Kat Von D’s "LA Ink"

Adding to what has already proven to be a tough year, Kat Von D has just been dealt yet another blow - her TLC reality show "LA Ink" has officially been canceled.

In a statement issued to the press, the network told, "TLC has decided that the current season of 'LA Ink' will be its last. The network is proud of what the series has accomplished in it four seasons, following Kat Von D's journey as an artist from Miami to Los Angeles."

Having already been hit with her house burning down, which killed her beloved feline companion, as well as calling off her engagement to Jesse James, the cancellation is another bump in the road for the tattoo mogul.

The series finale of "LA Ink" is set to air September 15 at 10 p.m. EST.

FBI Investigating Jihadist Threat Against David Letterman

As a follow up to the GossipCenter report on David Letterman's jihadist threat, it seems the FBI are taking things very seriously and looking for the person or persons responsible.

According to an unnamed law enforcement official who spoke to FOX News, the Federal Bureau of Investigation suspects a "lone wolf," though they're taking an extensive look into the website on which the threat appeared.

Site Monitoring Service analyst Adam Raisman added that the culprit, who called for a new "Sayyid Nosair al-Mairi to cut the tongue" out of Letterman for making a joke about a slain Al-Qaeda leader, could incite someone to violence.

"The concern is that there is someone who will read it, agree with it and say, 'I want to be the Sayyid Nosair of 2011 and kill David Letterman.'"

Jessica Szohr Makes Twitter Debut

Making the decision to join in on all of the Twitter fun, Jessica Szohr posted her very first photo yesterday (August 17).

The "Gossip Girl" star's account has not been verified just yet, but the caption with the Twit pic reads: "See! It's really me!"

Fellow young Hollywood babe, Brittany Snow, welcomed Ms Szohr with a message, "Welcome to Twitter an ol' friend and one of the coolest chicks I know."

Meanwhile, "Better With You" actress, Joanna Garcia, wrote, "Whoop whoop! Welcome Jess!"

Blake Lively: Puppy Love on the "Savages" Set

She's always up to something, and earlier today (August 18) Blake Lively was spotted on the set of her new film "Savages."

The "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" starlet carried her dog Penny back to her trailer after arriving a little late for her call time.

As for her relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio, there are rumors churning around the gossip mill that they're in talks to move in together.

In fact, one unconfirmed claim stated, "Blake and Leo are looking into buying an NYC love nest together. They are really happy right now (and have pondered) creating a home together."

Nicole Scherzinger Rocks “Live! With Regis and Kelly”

The blonde businesswoman looked lovely in a blue dress as she headed into the Rockefeller Center studios to chat about safeguarding real estate investments.

Ivanka also discussed how she came up with her beautiful baby's unusual name Arabella- "I have always loved the name Arabella," she began.

"Jared's grandmothers had names beginning with an A and an R. We wanted to pay a subtle homage to those two strong and wonderful women while also adopting a name that was very unique. Plus, we thought that the initials — ARK — were cool!"

“The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo” Releases New Stills!

It's one of the most anticipated remakes of the season, and "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" has just released new stills from the film.

Both of the movie's stars Rooney Mara and Daniel Craig are featured in the shots, stirring up plenty of buzz for the December release.

Of the film's intense rape scene, Rooney told press, "It was incredibly intense. We did it all in a week -- the week of Valentine's Day, oddly enough."

"We were working 16 hours a day, and it was really, really challenging, not just emotionally but physically. But it's such an important scene. We wanted to do everything we could to get that right."

Anne Hathaway Drops By the “Today” Show

Continuing her never-ending promotional tour, Anne Hathaway was spotted at the "Today" show in New York City this morning (August 18).

The "Devil Wears Prada" cutie chatted with Matt Lauer about her brand new film "One Day," set to hit theaters tomorrow.

During the interview, Anne confessed to throwing caution to the wind and mooning her costar Jim Sturgess on the Scotland set while filming.

"The street was locked off, but we were in front of an apartment building. It was a little naive," she began. "I decided to be a little naughty and go for it, and it blew right up in my face."

Emma Stone’s Girls’ Day Out

Taking some much-deserved time off, Emma Stone was spotted out and about in Hollywood yesterday afternoon (August 17).

The "Help" hottie was joined by some of her gal pals as she made her way around town, sporting a black scoopneck top and jeans.

In a recent interview, Emma told press that while the Spider- Man/Mary Jane upside down kiss from 2002 was iconic, she and Andrew Garfield aren't looking to duplicate the past.

"Why would we do an upside-down kiss? I'm not Mary Jane. I'm Gwen Stacy in the Spider-Man film. New girl. New kiss. I wanted to do different kisses to make our mark."

Miss Stone also noted that "The Amazing Spider-Man" isn't the only project she's pumped about. "It's an incredibly exciting time. I'm part of a few movies I'm so excited about, which is fantastic. These are stories I was dying to tell, which is pretty rare, because there is so much junk out there."
