Ryan Gosling’s "Place Beyond the Pines" Workday

Hard at work on the set of "The Place Beyond the Pines," Ryan Gosling was busy filming scenes in upstate New York on Monday afternoon (August 8).

The "Blue Valentine" hunk, who's still sporting his bleach blonde hairdo, wore a blue Carhartt jumpsuit and boots while hopping on and off a sporty motorbike during the course of the midday shoot.

As for the plotline, "The Place Beyond the Pines" is about a motorcycle stunt rider (Gosling) who "considers committing a crime in order to provide for his wife and child, an act that puts him on a collision course with a cop-turned-politician."

In related news, police notified the locals that some of the city streets would be closed during filming from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Kicking off another work week with a calorie burning cardio session, Ashley Tisdale was spotted at a West Hollywood, California gym earlier today (August 8).

The super-fit "Phineas and Ferb: Across the Second Dimension" star, who went makeup free for the day's workout, wore an over-sized orange t-shirt, black leggings and running shoes for the morning sweat session.

Ashley is probably eager to get back into her routine after having a fun, but busy, past few days - as he made a stop at the Hollywood Bowl to watch pal Nick Jonas in "Hairspray" on Friday night.

Tizzie finished off her weekend alongside her two girlfriends Hilary and Haylie Duff, where she enjoyed a yummy summertime barbecue at Haylie's Toluca Lake, California home.

Her career has certainly taken off over the past year, and Minka Kelly credits it to growing up in a nomadic way.

The "Friday Night Lights" babe opened up during Sunday's (August 7) Summer TCA Tour - as she spoke about landing the role of Eve on ABC's "Charlie's Angels".

The brunette beauty explained that TV critics said that "being raised by a single Mom and moving around a lot" made her "adaptable….You can put me in any situation and I can fit in."

"I also think [that rootlessness] made me value the idea of family," Kelly added.

"The Hunger Games" Sets "Catching Fire" Release Date

It doesn't hit theaters until March 23rd, but there are two brand new photos from the upcoming "The Hunger Games."

Starring Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth, "The Hunger Games" chronicles "a dystopic Capitol which requires its twelve subjugated districts to pay tribute in the form of a teenage boy and girl, forced to participate in the annual 'Hunger Games,' a fight-to-the-death live televised event."

Meanwhile, Lionsgate announced today that it will release "Catching Fire," the film adaptation of the second book in Suzanne Collins' runaway bestselling "Hunger Games" trilogy, on November 22, 2013.

The announcement was made by Joe Drake, co-COO of Lionsgate and President of its Motion Picture Group. No further details have been released.

Closing out the weekend with a fun-filled night on the town, Vanessa Hudgens turned up at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on Sunday night (August 7).

The "Beastly" babe joined up with former "High School Musical" co-star Corbin Bleu as the pair partied it up at the "Hairspray" afterparty.

The outing comes amidst reports that Miss Hudgens has moved on with her love life - as she's said to be dating Swedish rocker Felix Rodriguez.

According to an insider, Vanessa and Felix were side by side at the 2011 Hurley Walk the Walk National Championship with the source telling, "During the afterparty, Vanessa and Felix started making out!"

Another eyewitness added, "They were full-on kissing, touching and holding each other... They were kissing for so long, they seemed like teenagers. She kept laughing and kissing him."

The fellow Walk the Walk guest continued, "She was in a great mood. They were all over each other."

Stepping out early Monday morning (August 8), Alexander Skarsgard was spotted traversing about the SoHo neighborhood in New York City.

The "True Blood" actor sported his usual style consisting of skinny pants, a plain t-shirt and sunglasses while jamming to his iPod along the way.

The outing comes as Skarsgard recently opened up to press about becoming famous and a young age and what that was like for him.

He told, "My father is an actor and I kind of grew up backstage, but I never wanted to be an actor when I was a kid. I did something and when I was thirteen it got some attention and I didn't like being famous. I didn't want to be recognized. I was insecure. I didn't like the attention. I didn't want people knowing who I was; so to hear people on TV, radio talking about who I was and what I like was kind of confusing."

Lady Gaga’s Britney Spears Concert Night Out!

Treating fans to a double dose of pop icons, Lady Gaga hit up the Britney Spears and Nicki Minaj concert at the Boardwalk Hall Arena in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Saturday night (August 6).

The Mother Monster, a longtime fan of Britney's, earned a tremendous roar from the "Femme Fatale" crowd after the "I Wanna Go" singer offered up a warm welcome, telling the audience, "Lady Gaga is in the house! It is such an honor to have her here."

Gaga - clad in black leather hat, sunglasses, bar top, and checkered tights - could be seen dancing and singing along to various tracks before exiting the concert during the "Till the World Ends" encore.

Still beaming with excitement following the show, Miss Spears took to her twitter to show her special guest some more love, writing, "So amazing to have the beautiful @LadyGaga at the show in AC tonight. Love you girl."

Kicking off what was an action-packed weekend in Tinseltown, Rebecca Black made a surprise guest appearance at the Katy Perry concert in Los Angeles on Friday night (August 6).

The YouTube sensation was brought onstage with teh pair treating the sold-out crowd to a rendition of Rebecca's hit song "Friday".

Upon show's end, an ecstatic Miss Black tweeted, "Thank you SO much @katyperry for having me on stage tonight! What an UNBELIEVABLE experience.(: Definitely won't forget this one!!"

Meanwhile, Rebecca's fun-filled weekend continued with an appearance at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards - where she was named as Choice Web Star winner.

Of the Teen Choice triumph, Black happily wrote, "Can't believe I won a TEEN CHOICE AWARD!!!! This is crazy. Thanks to all that voted!"
