Nicole Kidman Goes Blonde for "The Paperboy"

Getting to work on their new film, Nicole Kidman and John Cusack were spotted on the New Orleans set of "The Paperboy."

The "Australia" actress rocked a bleached blond hairdo and a tight green dress while the "2012" actor donned a paisley shirt and khaki pants as they plugged away at their scenes.

As for the film, "The Paperboy," the plot revolves around a reporter who returns to his Florida hometown to investigate a case involving a death row inmate.

The thriller also stars Matthew McConaughey and Zac Efron and is set for a 2012 release.

"Breaking Dawn" Hacker Identifies, Facing Legal Action

After some images from the upcoming Twilight Saga's "Breaking Dawn" were stolen earlier this year by a hacker, Summit Entertainment has just released the following statement.

"In an action that further communicates that those who steal images, video and other intellectual property will be identified and prosecuted globally, Summit Entertainment communicated today that it has identified the principal hacker who earlier this year stole unreleased materials from THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN which were then distributed on the internet."

"Civil actions in the United States and Argentina name Daiana Santia, along with others, as being involved in stealing photographs, unfinished images and video from both parts of the yet to be released THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN which first appeared on the internet of March 31 of this year. Criminal action in Argentina has also been filed."

The statement continues, "The investigation, which utilized the services of Kroll Inc. and the law firm of Keats McFarland & Wilson LLP, spanned four continents (North America, South America, Europe and Australia) and has led to the town of Posadas in northern Argentina. It is believed that others may also be involved in the crime and thus the investigation is on-going."

"While we very much appreciate the legions of committed fans of the franchise and encourage them to create community online, we cannot ignore that property was stolen," said David C. Friedman, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Summit Entertainment. "It is not fair to the majority of fans that want to see the final chapter of the TWILIGHT SAGA film franchise fully realized by the filmmaker and dedicated cast and crew to have these images out and available on the Internet."

The "Just Dance" diva was spotted out and about in New York City sporting head-to-toe black and white houndstooth print, including a hat, sunglasses, and a dress.

Gaga was coming from ABC studios where she served as co-host and performer on the popular ladies' show "The View."

Yesterday (July 31), she got to spend some time with legendary singer Tony Bennett. Gaga, who was the first to snag 12 million followers on Twitter, tweeted, "Hangin out with my buddy Tony having a whiskey. Feel like such a tramp."

The "Marvin's Room" singer covers topics like fame, excess, and regret on the track, accented by cool crisp beats and catchy hooks.

Over the weekend, Drake performed at the OVO Music Festival in Toronto, Canada and brought out Stevie Wonder as a guest artist.

Wonder also appears on Drake's new album Take Care, scheduled to hit stores and online retailers on October 24th.

Halle Berry Granted Stalker Restraining Order

As for her stalker Richard Franco, Ms. Berry finally obtained a restraining order, requiring him to stay at least 100 yards away from her and her family.

Franco was caught jumping the wall around Halle's house twice last month. He's facing stalking and burglary charges.
