Showing off her cat-like reflexes, Anne Hathaway was spotted in the midst of an intense fight scene on Los Angeles, California the set of "The Dark Knight Rises" on Sunday (September 4).

The 28-year-old A-list actress, who plays Catwoman Selina Kyle in the last of the Christopher Nolan franchise, went head to head with a with an equally-fierce bad guy.

After engaging in the life or death battle, Anne's powerful moves saw her through, resulting in her win over the not-so-nice stunt man.

Following her weekend filming schedule, Miss Hathaway and beau Adam Shulman hit up L.A.'s Malo Cantina Suavecita, were the pair enjoyed a romantic dinner ahead of the Labor Day holiday.

Just hours after the televised confirmation of her pregnancy, French First Lady, Carla Bruni was spotted out in Paris, France earlier today (September 5).

Showing off her burgeoning baby bump in a belly-hugging gray sweatshirt, the 43-year-old mother-to-be was all smiles as she made her way through the bevy of impending shutterbugs.

During an interview with TF1 program "Sept A Huit," which aired last night, Carla not only confirmed news that she and husband Nicolas Sarkozy are expecting, but she also described her staunch stance against putting her baby in the public eye.

"You don't have a child for the [photo] gallery," she told, adding that her "position as the wife of the head of state has made me even more defensive. I understand the media interest, and I don't see any inconvenience in it for myself or my husband, but when it concerns the children, it's not impossible."

Bruni, who has already dealt with the media's prying eyes with her first child, 11-year-old Aurelian, added, "I will do everything to protect this infant, and I'll be absolutely rigorous. I will never show photos of this child. I will never expose this child."

Living it up over the Labor Day holiday weekend, Audrina Patridge was busy partying the day away in Las Vegas on Sunday (September 4).

The bikini clad "Hills" hottie joined boyfriend Corey Bohan as the pair danced and had a few drinks at Wyclef Jean's poolside concert at the Hard Rock Hotel.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Patridge recently opened up about quite the touchy subject - as she revealed that she has a problem with her chest bone affecting the appearance of her bosoms.

Asked if she's ever had breast enhancement surgery, the 26-year-old told The Daily, "I don't like to talk about that. Well, see I have this chest problem. My bone right here, it's higher on this side? It's pectoralis something. So I've always struggled with that. You could see they look different sizes all the time."

She added, "I always get asked about that because of Heidi and there's all these rumours and they all say I've had, like, six procedures, and I'm, like, 'Where do you get that?' Look at the pictures. I fluctuate in weight a lot. And as far as my face, I've never had anything done."

Getting their assigned dayful of promotions underway, the stars of "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" turned up for their film's photocall at the 68th Venice Film Festival on Monday (September 5).

With Colin Firth and Gary Oldman among those on-hand at the Palazzo del Cinema venue, the duo were joined by John Hurt, Svetlana Khodchenkova, Benedict Cumberbatch and Mark Strong.

As for the film, "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" is an adaptation of John Le Carre's seminal Cold War best-seller while following espionage veteran George Smiley - who is forced from semi-retirement to uncover a Soviet agent within MI6's echelons.

The Tomas Alfredson directed thriller also stars Tom Hardy while set for a US release date of December 9th.

Though we're still many months removed from its air date, chatter about who will be following Anne Hathaway and James Franco as host(s) of this year's Oscars has become a hot topic as of late.

Insiders tell that the frontrunner to take command of the Kodak Theatre stage is Eddie Murphy - with the actor/comedian getting a boost in the race due to his ties with director Brett Ratner, who happens to be producing the ceremony this time around.

With an official announcement of the final selection to be made later this month, other potential candidates include Billy Crystal, who last hosted the show in 2004.

As for the ceremony, the 84th Academy Awards which will be airing live from Los Angeles on February 26, 2012.

Escaping for a south of the border Labor Day weekend getaway, Nick Jonas and Delta Goodrem were spotted enjoying a holiday in Los Cabos, Mexico.

The "Camp Rock" hunk and his Aussie singer girlfriend took to the pool at their luxury resort on Sunday (September 4), with both Nick and Delta showing off their swimsuit figures while lounging on recliners and taking a dip in the refreshing water.

The trip to Mexico comes just after Nick was asked about his ladylove during a recent interview with "Good Day New York," as the show's host said, "Is there a special lady in your life?"

Not feeling the need to keep the romance under wraps, the soon-to-be 19-year-old replied, "There is yeah, absolutely. I'm very pleased."

As for her diet, Megan dished, "For a year and a half, until about four months ago, I followed a strict vegan diet based on raw fruits and vegetables, no bread, sugar and coffee."

She added, "But I had lost too much weight. So now I eat a bit of everything. I train three times a week doing circuit training with my trainer Harvey Pasternak."

Upon finishing their meals, Jake and Rashida exited the eatery with Miss Jones taking time to play with Gyllenhaal's German Shepherd, Atticus, before the two went their separate ways.

The sighting comes as both parties have had their fair share of fizzled out relationships - with Jake having dated ladies including Reese Witherspoon and Ashley Greene while Rashida was an item with the likes of Tobey Maguire, Mark Roson and Jon Favreau.
